For online registration in PSER, first you have to go to PSER portal and sign up there and create your account. Once you have created your account, you have to register with PSER through a new application form. In this registration, all the information about you, your family affairs, your financial situation will be taken from you. Then the verification of this information will be done. PSER Registration

First of all you have to create your account on PSER portal for that follow the given steps.

• First, go to the PSER portal
• There select Create Account or Registration option
